Chonic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.. it's a disease that.......aiya..cant remember la...look at da defination yourself la...all i know...it's a lung disease... mainly caused by smoking..and second hand smokers..and da polluted air around us in kl... erm....well...we DON'T actually help to cure the disease though....cuz..it's an uncure-able disease...
so....if you happen to get that... you're dying anyway... but at least la....HELP US!!!! SHOW SOME SUPPORT OKAY!!! IT'S NOT EASY!!!!!! WUAAAA!!!!!! hehehe..dun bother wat i jst said...jst crapping.. =P

one more important thing i wana say here....... I MUST WORK OUT ALMOST EVERYDAY AFTER THIS WORK WEEK OK!!!!!!! DAMN IT!!!!! NOOOOOOHHHHHH!!!! I'M FAT..... =( and erm....i suggest that....don't go 'Simply Penang' for lunch...or dinner..or..any food la...cuz...the food there sucks my big time... and if u do go there...PLEASE DON'T EVER order 'char kuoay teow'...it is da worst i've ever eaten....i bet even a hawker stall beside da road taste better than it....argh..
